Katy Reiss Agency is an independent creative design studio based in London & Paris, founded in 2016. Specialising in art direction & storytelling, the agency works across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including advertising, branding, digital content, moving image, packaging, editorial design & exhibition curation. At its core is a passion for crafting visually striking narratives that blend British wit with French elegance.
Helmed by Katy Reiss, a graduate of Central St Martins, London & former Global Art Director for Lanvin, the agency draws on her two decades of experience shaping the visual identities of some of the world’s most renowned fashion and lifestyle brands. Katy’s portfolio includes collaborations with Alexander McQueen, Issey Miyake, Dolce & Gabbana, Mansur Gavriel, Elie Saab & Frederic Malle, as well as a longstanding partnership with the late Alber Elbaz.
At Lanvin, Katy mastered her craft, defining the house’s tone of voice and visual identity under Elbaz’s leadership. She oversaw everything from runway show atmospheres, spatial design & global campaigns to award-winning window displays & critically acclaimed exhibitions. This unparalleled expertise now defines Katy Reiss Agency’s approach to storytelling, delivering unique, tailored creative solutions for clients in fashion, accessories, beauty, hospitality & beyond.
Most recently, Katy’s role as Vice President Creative Director at Accor Creative Studio has seen her revitalising over 70 global hospitality & wellness brands, including Raffles, Fairmont & Sofitel. These large-scale commercial projects reinforce her ability to balance strategic vision with refined execution.
Renowned for her collaborative ethos, the agency has worked with a diverse roster of photographers, directors, stylists & artists such as Steven Meisel, Viviane Sassen, Peter Greenaway, Tim Walker & Lui Bolin.
